Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad Pakistan announced in the Daily Express newspaper dated 11-07-2024 to invite applications for the following jobs on an open contract basis.
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) Islamabad Pakistan is a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division, Government of Pakistan.
Required education/qualification is a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 08 years of experience in ERP and digital transformation with a strong track record of successful project implementation.
Experience in the mining or related industries preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools, project management, Data analytics, and process improvement/
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The age limit is 45 years.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ERP and digital transformation strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems.
Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through digital technologies.
Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
Manage data governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
Collaborate with various departments (HR, operations, finance, procurement, etc.) to understand needs and support digital initiatives.
Manage relationships with ERP vendors and technology providers.
Provide training and support to staff on ERP systems and digital tools.
Stay updated on the latest trends in ERP and digital technologies.
Conduct risk assessment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
