Terms & Conditions:

i—The processing fee (non-refundable) can be deposited at any Bank of Khyber Branch, amounting to Rs. 1000/—for S#01 to 07 and Rs.500/—for S #16. It should be deposited in the online Account titled "Director Institute of Kidney Diseases Practical Training Account Hayatabad Peshawar" Account No. PLS 00463-00-5 "Bank of Khyber HMC Branch Hayatabad Peshawar. 

ii- Application along with original bank receipt, complete bio-data, WhatsApp number (mandatory), cell number, two recent attested passport size photographs, and attested photocopies of education/experience documents signed within working hours. should reach the office of the 15 days (15 days will be counted from the date of first advertisement in the press).

iii- Interview calls will be issued to short-listed candidates only. Shortlisting will be done either by written test or by their pre-interview marks. The result of the written test will be for screening/shortlisting purposes only and shall in no way affect the pre-interview or interview marks. 

iv- The scrutiny committee shall be competent to reject incomplete applications. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent forum for review. The decision of the competent forum thereof shall be final.

v- Duly attested/photocopies of the documents will be acceptable on the condition that the candidates bring the original documents when they are called for the interview.

vi- Candidature will be canceled if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage for any reason and in that case his/her application will not be processed further.

vii- In-service candidates should apply through the proper channel. Allocation will be made as per BoG recruitment regulation.

viii- Experience/higher qualification marks will be given to those candidates who have relevant experience/qualification and only post-qualification relevant experience will be considered.

ix- Candidates may be disqualified/excluded from the interview if he/she is:(a) Convicted by the court of Law. (b) Dismissed from Public Service Commission. (c)- Furnishes any false information. (d)- Submits forged certificates. (e)- Tempers with the entries in his/her candidature by improper means.(f)- Misbehaves in the interview.

x- The candidates claiming age relaxation shall be bound to provide an age relaxation certificate from the competent authority or Government rules/regulations regarding age relaxation with the application form otherwise they shall be considered disqualified.
