i- Candidates are advised to send applications on prescribed proforma duly filled in all respects along with Bio-data and attested academic & experience certificates must reach the office of the Dean/Chief Executive Officer, BMC, MTI, Bannu within 15 days from the date of  advertisement along with Bank receipt of Rs. 1000/- for

(BPS 06 to 11). Rs. 2000/- for (BPS 12 to 16) & Rs. 3000/- for (BPS 17) as application processing fee through Bank Draft NBP A/C No. 3312151349 Bank code(2002) title name Vice Dean/DDO, BMC, Bannu, cheque/pay order will not be acceptable.

iii- In-services candidates must apply through the proper channels. If selected then shall resign from the previous post and no Hen shall be granted.

Terms & Conditions:

1- Employee services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015 (updated/amended occasionally).

2- Age relaxation will be admissible per the Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rules.

3- Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview.

4- Candidates shall produce Original documents at the time of the interview.

5- Any candidate may be disqualified and or excluded from the interview if he/she was convicted by the Court of Law, dismissed from public service, knowingly furnishes any false information, suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification, attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means, submits forged certificates, tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates or misbehavior during the interview.

6- The selection committee shall be competent to reject incomplete applications. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the Board of Governors for review. The decision of BOG thereof shall be final.
